How does it work?

Design Day Schedule

There are limited Brand & Website Intensive spots each month. This is so you have my complete focus & creative energy - to design a powerful & transformational visual identity for your business.

You will need to be available throughout the day to provide feedback (9am-4pm QLD AEST). Otherwise, you can trust the process and leave the creative direction up to me.

Kick-off call / message.

We’ll go over the structure of the day, expectations & deliverables, and any specific questions you have.

Branding + Rollout.

The design process begins with your Word Mark Logo, Designer Logo, or Custom Logo (depending on your package). Once it’s approved, all of your branding assets will be rolled out and applied to your new website.

For the Empire Builder package - the branding process will take a whole day. Concepts will be sent to you for feedback, and any refinements made to your chosen logo on your website Design Day.

Website Build.

This is where the magic happens. We’re building your new website in the world leading + easy to use + all-in-one Content Management System, Squarespace.

This is the most design intensive part of the day (for me), so you will have time to work on other things in between feedback.

Handover & Off-boarding.

Congrats! You chose to do something wildly different!

Your Questions Answered

  • You’ll need:

    • Website copy (I have a template that you can fill out, or you can hire a copywriter to do it for you)

    • Brand photos in high resolution (think headshots, team shots, office shots, product shots - any photography or graphics that you want to feature on your website)

    • Access to your website domain hosting (where you purchased your URL)

    • Any existing brand elements that you would like to use; eg. logos, fonts, colours. (must be a vector logo file - Canva logos will not be accepted)

  • Yes! Trust me when I say that Squarespace is easy to navigate, update and have fun with. I’ve switched ALL of my clients over to Squarespace over the past 5 years, and not once have they had any issues.

  • It can be done in minutes! (and depending on what you’re updating - you can do it from your phone). Simply log in, make your changes, click Save, and your edits are live straight away.

  • On handover, you will be given Website Training How-To Videos. Anything that you need to update - you can do yourself.

    You will also be added to the private Be Wild Private Support Facebook Group, where you can ask me & our community any questions.

    On top of this, Squarespace also has extensive troubleshooting guides, webinars, community forums and live chat support.

  • Nope! Your website will be built for desktop first, then optimised & tested for mobile. This is included in your package price.

  • Yes! If you have recommendations on what these should be from your digital agency, that would be great. Otherwise we can add in our own - to boost your organic Google ranking.

  • We’ve taken care of the hard part. All of your brand colours and fonts will be set up as styles on your website. If you do build out any new sections or pages yourself, you can simply click a button to apply the style you want. It’s really easy.

  • Your logo will be supplied as EPS, PDF, JPEG & PNG files.

    You’ll also get a Brand Guidelines PDF.
