How do I purchase a logo?
You must fill out and submit a Request to Purchase form. We will check that the Product (logo) and business name are compatible. If your request is approved, an invoice will be issued, and the Product will be placed on hold for two business days (Hold Period). Once your payment has been received, we will customise the Product to your business name, and your final files will be sent to you.

What if I want changes made to a Logo?
Our Products are provided to you on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, with minor business name customisation included. If you require changes to a design, this will be assessed and quoted on a case-by-case basis. If you require major changes to a design, we offer Custom Brand Design as a separate service.

How do I know which Logos are available for purchase?
When a Product has been purchased, it will be marked as “SOLD” on the Store.

How do I make sure no one else purchases the Logo I like?
All the Products are sold on a first come, first served basis. You must submit a Request to Purchase form and pay the Invoice to place a Product on hold.

Fees and Payments
Each Product has a one-off fee which is listed on the Store and is payable in advance. 

All fees are listed in Australian dollars. 

You will arrange for payment of the Invoice in full within the Hold Period. If you do not pay the Invoice within the Hold Period, we cannot guarantee that the Product will remain available to you.

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account nominated on the Invoice. 

All payments are non-refundable.

What final files will I receive?
You will receive the following files in EPS, PDF, JPEG and PNG file formats:
- Primary Logo
- Brand Icon
These files will be supplied in your primary colour, black and white

You will also receive a 1 page Brand Guide pdf that includes:
- Primary Logo
- Brand Icon
- Colour Palette in CMYK, RGB and #Hex
- Font recommendations*

* Font files or font licenses are not included and must be purchased / licensed separately

What are the different file types used for?
EPS & PDF - Vector file - used for professional printing, can be scaled up to any size without loss of resolution
JPEG - Image file - can be used in documents, online, on social media
PNG - Image file - transparent background, can be used on top of a colour or photo in documents, online, on social media

What are the different colour formats used for?
CMYK - Professional printing
RGB - Digital
#Hex - Web design and online

How soon can I get my final files?
The delivery time is a maximum of 2 weeks. If you need this sooner, please let us know

How will my files be delivered?
You will be emailed a download link via Dropbox or WeTransfer. Your files will be available for a period of 2 weeks. We recommend you download, save and back-up the files in more than one location.

Intellectual Property rights in Products
We own or are the licensee of all rights, title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in the Products, including any drafts and the final Product that we deliver to you.

On delivery of the final Product, we grant you a perpetual, exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable licence to use the Product for your business and commercial purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not grant you a licence in and you are not permitted to use any drafts of the Product. 

Unless agreed otherwise in writing between you and us, your purchase of the Product does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to the individual components of the Product, including but not limited to the font, colours, images and/or other components.  

You must not:
1. resell or otherwise commercialise any of the Products we deliver to you; and 
2. amend or modify the final Product.

Each Product on the Store will only be sold once. Once a Product is sold, it will be marked as such on the Store. 

We do not guarantee that the Products are not deceptively similar to any third party trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and you are responsible for conducting your own enquiries and satisfying yourself as to the suitability of the Products or any issues that may arise from your use of the Product.

Our Terms form a binding contractual agreement between the user of the Store (you) and us.
